What it is

Tenebrite is a subscription web application for people studying something seriously on their own. You organise what you are learning into pillars, and each pillar carries its own tutor, its own tasks, and its own record of what you have covered.

• An AI tutor per pillar, powered by Anthropic Claude, with lesson memory that carries across sessions.
• Mastery quizzes that grade your answers and track competency over time.
• Spaced review that resurfaces concepts before you forget them.
• Tasks, notes and a day planner tied to what you are studying.
• Focus sessions with a timer and ambient backgrounds.
• Full export or deletion of your data, on demand, without contacting support.

Pricing

One plan, billed monthly, cancel any time. Hosted AI use is subject to a monthly allowance; the discounted first month carries half of it, and it returns to the standard allowance at renewal. Your current usage and the allowance that applies to you are always shown in your account settings. You may also supply your own Anthropic API key, in which case that usage is billed by Anthropic to you and is not limited by us.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no retention call.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first charge, subject to two conditions: the request must be made within 7 days of that first payment, and your hosted AI usage for that month must be below 40% of your monthly allowance at the time of the request. Usage on your own provider key does not count toward that 40%. After the window closes, and for subsequent renewals, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a billing error. To request a refund, email support@tenebrite.com.
